A school teacher; a psychology professor; an educator, parenting and family counselor; the first Secretary General of Kuwait Supreme Council of Education; the founder of several leading private schools and the CEO of a prominent school company in Kuwait; and a frequent speaker at regional conferences and satellite TV programs; Dr Ibrahim Al-Khulaifi has certainly been the inspiration for the school’s vision and the backbone for HUBS.

Mrs. Raja Al-Saleh can be best described as a longtime business lady, an educator by choice and a person committed to the development of people. Coming from a family known for its entrepreneurship and business legacy, she took to the same path very early in her life when she was 16. Her initial encounter with education was when she volunteered to teach Kuwaiti students in Switzerland during the iraqi invasion in 1990. Ever since that time education, the eagerness to learn ,and the vision of having well rounded students with high standard education blended with the Islamic, Arabic culture has been her aim.

Ms. Kheir., as everyone in the school calls her, she moved from the field of scientific research and postgraduate studies to education in the early nineties, where the need for education and reconstruction was urgent after the liberation of Kuwait. There she discovered her passion for education and its noble message. After many years of working as a science teacher then a school administrator, she participated in establishing the school with great effort and knowledge. We pray to Allah, to be a pure good deed that pleases Him.
